Weekend Hours: Every third weekend
Call Requirements: None
Required Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS
Years of Experience: 2
• Float Requirements: May be required to float

Unit Information:

Number of Beds: ICU: 12 CCU:8
Patient Ratios: ICU- 2:1 CCU: 4:1
Equipment: ICU- ventilators, NxStage CRRT, arterial lines, central lines
EMR: Cerner

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Ventilator, drip titration, critical care experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: CRRT, balloon pump
• Type of Patients on Unit: ICU patients with ESRD, COPD, respiratory failure, post-cardiac arrest
• Personality Fit: Attention to detail, teamwork
