Job Title: RN Supervisor – 40 Hour Schedule- (Evening & Night Shifts)

Location: Vestal, NY 13850
Pay Rate: $42.00/hour | Overtime: $63.00/hour
Schedule: 42 hours per week (5 shifts)

Shifts Available:

  • Evenings: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
  • Nights: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced RN Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical oversight during evening and night shifts. The RN Supervisor will manage nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and serve as the primary point of support for clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct nursing staff during assigned shifts
  • Oversee safe, effective, and compassionate patient care delivery
  • Perform patient assessments and provide clinical support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Act as a leader, mentor, and resource for the nursing team
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary staff

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in NY
  • Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to commit to an evening/night shift schedule
