RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in a 460-bed facility with 1:1 patient ratios
• Assist with all service lines including trauma, ortho, neuro, general surgery, GYN, urology, podiatry, bariatrics, vascular, and robotics (DaVinci Xi)
• Handle organ procurement and plastic surgery procedures
• Work with advanced equipment for all service lines
• Experience required in trauma (general, ortho, neuro), ortho spine, neuro, general surgery, GYN, urology, podiatry, bariatrics, vascular, and robotics
• Preferred experience in advanced vascular CVOR (hybrid OR), thoracic & open heart, endoscopy (EGD and colons), and ophthalmology
• Perform all procedures and service lines except transplant, with limited ENT and ophthalmology (trauma ophthalmology only)
• Must be punctual, dependable, and flexible
• Required certification: BLS
• May float to endoscopy unit
• Navy blue scrubs required
• All contract positions require call and holiday call assistance
• EMR system: Meditech
• Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 11-13 RNs, 11-13 techs, and 4-6 first assistants
• Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 1 RN, and 1-2 techs
