RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts: day shift 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM or night shift 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend hours vary as needed
• Call requirements: 2 twelve-hour call shifts within 13-week contract
• Patient ratios: 1:4-5 patients during day shift, 1:5-6 patients during night shift
• Float to other med surg units as needed
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Must have Med Surg Telemetry experience
• Required certifications: BLS, active Maine license
• Preferred certification: ACLS
• Electronic Medical Record system: Epic
• All education modules completed through LMS system
• Dress code: any color scrubs, clean and professional attire required
• Prohibited attire: hoodies, graphic shirts, open shoes
• Must be a team player, hard working, and accountable
