basis. The role centers on family law cases with the opportunity to expand into probate and related matters.
***** Manage 25-40 active cases at a time Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal filings Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and conferences Advise clients on divorce, guardianship, spousal support, and related issues Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy Work independently while also collaborating with colleagues on complex cases ***** Active license to practice law in Colorado (required) J.D. from an accredited law school 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably including family law and probate
Will train on practice areas
