About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. You will be the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Act as the gatekeeper for the CEO’s time, prioritizing requests and handling communications. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Organize and support board meetings, executive team meetings, and offsite events. Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups for the CEO and leadership team. Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity. Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years in an executive assistant or senior administrative role, preferably supporting a C-level executive. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom). Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing priorities. Professionalism, discretion, and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
