Skills and Experience *****
~ Minimum 8 years of experience as a Mill machinist.
~3-4+ 5 axis axis experience required.
~ Setup fixtures, load program, setup and validate parts. And run production.
~ Ability to make offset adjustments, replace cutting tools.
~ Mori DMG DMU 5 Axis and Siemens Controls experience is highly desired
~ Perform G-Code programming and modifications.
~ Experience machining aircraft grade alloys and heat treated materials.
~5 Axis vertical and Horizontal Milling experience is desired as well as 4+ milling machining.
~ Mori Seiki, Mazak Fanuc or Siemens controls experience is desired.
Full time position in a Clean air conditioned shop
Monday thru Thursday, currently working fourTens, with possibility to work some OT on Fridays but not guaranteed.
Availiable shifts include morning/days as well as early evening second shift.
