Job Summary
Adecco, on behalf of a leading manufacturing client is hiring a
Customer Service Specialist
for a client in the manufacturing industry. In this role, you'll provide outstanding support to customers by resolving inquiries, offering product knowledge, and ensuring a positive experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve issues quickly by collaborating with internal teams.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.
Provide product support and educate customers on features and usage.
Collect and share feedback to improve customer service processes.
Maintain professionalism and follow service standards in every interaction.
Qualifications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred.
Previous customer service or support experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude.

Pay Details:
$20.00 to $21.50 per hour
