Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, communicative individual to work for one of our large logistics companies. Their schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12:30pm to 9:00pm (off Sunday and Tuesday)
On a day-to-day basis, this person will:
resolve open tasks through internal and external communication
inform appropriate parties about issues so they can be addressed properly and quickly
data entry for customer freight bills
maintain customer satisfaction and quality service
understand necessary internal technologies
internal departmental communication to address order problems
secure necessary documentation from transportation providers for customer billing
improve current processes

Microsoft Office experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Verbal and written communication
Strong Computer Skills - experience at a logistics company
Bilingual in Spanish
