How do our shifts work? Full time status | 5 Days a Week

Day Shift - Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

Location: West Allis, WI

Summary Of Position

The Material Handler/Forklift Driver will facilitate movement and inventory control of material flow, ensuring safe and efficient handling of raw materials and finished goods.

Job Duties & Essential Functions

This list is not all inclusive and may be expanded as needed by management.

• Replenish production floor with raw materials based on report requirements.
• Remove finished goods from production lines in real time using RF technology and place in designated areas.
• Sequence material flow based on production schedule/throughput.
• Record all inventory movements in real time using RF technology.
• Complete daily fork/grab/dock-lock reports as required.
• Ensure all product is received, stored, transported, and organized accurately and without damage.
• Operate material handling equipment to load, unload, and move material; assist with inbound, outbound, and raw material logistics between facilities.
• Assist in regular cycle counting and annual physical inventory as required.
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
• Communicate openly with coaches and teammates in a positive manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):

• High School diploma or GED required
• At least two years of material handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience, specifically loading and unloading bulk materials preferred
• Familiarity with RF handheld computers preferred
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Demonstrated capability in basic math and measurement
• Ability to follow guidelines independently and work as part of a cohesive production team
• Familiarity with basic business computer applications and mobile device applications
• Must be able to read and write in English to accurately identify packing information, follow work instructions and QA alerts
• Must be able to contribute to Radius culture with a positive attitude
