Overview

Senior Data Analyst role at ZoomInfo. This is a high-impact position on the Person Data team, focusing on advanced data analytics and developing best-in-class contact data that powers customers’ GTM workflows.

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Person Data team and help solidify ZoomInfo as the global leader in contact data. You’ll work as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Leadership teams while building contact data that drives data-informed decisions and expands assets.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis projects end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to presenting findings to stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Data Leadership
• Proactively lead analyses that modernize and scale key components of our contact data pipeline (e.g., title classification, address normalization, profiling, matching)
• Leverage domain expertise to identify and deliver strategic opportunities that expand ZoomInfo\'s contact data capabilities and develop new products/features
• Implement AI-driven monitoring systems to proactively detect and resolve critical data quality issues
• Establish automated testing frameworks to integrate new datasets and attributes, driving faster database improvements
• Serve as the contact data pipeline expert for Product teams, developing compelling product positioning and technical messaging for releases
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Streamline analysis workflows through automation, AI integration, and improved scripting practices
• Drive measurable improvements in data quality and coverage that establish competitive advantages

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor\'s Degree in an analytical/research field and 5+ years of experience in data analytics (Advanced degree preferred)
• Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis (Python, SQL, R, etc.)
• 2+ years in a senior analytical role with leadership and mentorship capabilities
• Experience with statistical methods and data science applications; basic working knowledge of AI tools and modern LLMs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify patterns in large datasets
• Excellent collaboration skills for cross-functional success
• Customer-focused mindset; understanding of how data quality impacts business outcomes
• Experience with quality monitoring and root-cause analysis
• Ability to create data visualizations and present technical findings to executives
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently
• Experience with B2B data or CRM data is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training. Salary range for the US base position is $98,000 USD - $154,000 USD. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may apply.
