Residential Construction Worker

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Residential Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves working on home remodels, renovations and rental property repairs and improvements. The ideal candidate has experience with a variety of construction tasks, takes pride in quality work, and can follow instructions while also working independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting and finish work
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials as directed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed
• Perform general labor and other duties to support the project team

Qualifications

• Previous construction or remodeling experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic tools
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Working phone for communication and scheduling
