Position Overview We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our direct marketing team in Queens, NY. As a Sales Representative, you will engage directly with homeowners, educate them on the benefits of clean energy, and assist with cutsomer enrollment. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in sales and marketing.

Location: 165-10 Jamaica Ave, Jamaica, NY 11405Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (No weekends)Compensation: Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Performance BonusesOTE: $32,000 to $58,000

• Canvass neighboorhoods and engage with homeowners to discuss clean energy options at their door
• Clearly communicate the benefits of renewable energy
• Assist customers through the enrollment process
• Meet performance goals and contribute to team success
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and compliance standards

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Energetic and motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with people face-to-face
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is a plus but not required
• Must be able to commute to our Queens, NY location
