Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 14+ years of experience leading enterprise-level projects, specifically in financial systems. This role drives strategic initiatives across Finance, Accounting, and IT, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for financial systems (ERP, FP&A, GL, AP/AR, Treasury).
• Partner with Finance and IT leadership to align technology with business goals.
• Manage project scope, budgets, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and reporting standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 in financial system implementations.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
