Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead product development projects across vehicle platforms. The role requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects across multiple vehicle platforms.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, design, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality teams.
• Drive execution across all stages of the stage-gate process: concept, feasibility, development, validation, launch, and post-launch.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, and gate reviews.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, cost, and timing targets at each gate.
• Coordinate documentation and approvals required for gate transitions.
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for program reviews.
• Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in automotive product development project management.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and other project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of stage-gate methodology and product lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
