A fast-paced, growth-oriented company headquartered in Minneapolis is seeking an Accountant to join its lean, collaborative finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys digging into numbers, applying analytics, and ensuring accurate reporting while gaining broad exposure to business operations.
Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting and month-end close
- Perform AR/AP and journal entries
- Analyze variances, ad hoc projects, and provide insights on trends
- Maintain accuracy across general ledger and support audits
- Work with NetSuite and Excel (pivots and vlookups required)
- Contribute to data entry and manual workflows (check runs, coding, reconciliations)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 0–5 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level welcome)
- Strong Excel (pivots, vlookups) and familiarity with NetSuite a plus
- Analytical mindset with ability to spot trends and solve problems
- Team-oriented, willing to dive into both detail work and higher-level analysis
