Director of Human Resources at Primo Medical Group

We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to work closely with our Corporate Controller and gain hands-on experience across all areas of accounting — from payables & receivables to month-end close and audits.

Responsibilities:

• Process AP & AR
• Prepare journal entries & maintain the ledger
• Perform reconciliations
• Assist with reporting & month-end/year-end close
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field or 2–3 years of experience
• Proficiency of general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
