Overview: Seeking a Sr. Accountant to join a fast-growing, private equity–backed company with ambitious expansion plans and an exciting future. This is a newly created Senior Accountant role, reporting directly to the Controller, designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to contribute to both the day-to-day accounting and the company’s long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead core month-end close activities, reconciliations, and journal entries across multiple entities
• Prepare GAAP financial statements and support audits/tax filings
• Manage and mentor a staff accountant (with more growth ahead)
• Support system improvements and future ERP transition
• Partner cross-functionally with AR, FP&A, HR, and IT to streamline processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience (management experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close
