This position requires a deep understanding of Financial Statements, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, and General Ledger. You will play a critical role in our financial operations, ensuring our books are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with all relevant standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and in compliance with accepted accounting principles and standards.
• Manage Accounts Receivable to ensure timely and accurate billing, receipt of payment, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Perform complex financial accounting tasks, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in Financial Statements, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, and General Ledger.
• A Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
