Ready to suit up as a Security Officer in a Concierge post? The role focuses on customer service while working with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

• Set schedule 1: Sunday thru Thursday, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Graveyard, 40 Hours (Temporary)
• Set schedule 2: Sunday thru Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Day, 40 Hours (Temporary) (MVR required)
• Competitive hourly wage of $23.56 / Hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)
