Arrow Logistics is hiring: Delivery Driver in Bellingham

Job Description

This is a Full-Time or Part-Time Delivery Driver position with Arrow Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for drivers to deliver Amazon packages. No experience necessary; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver Amazon packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle
• Follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages up to 50 lbs; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, clocking in/out, and communicating with other team members
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Qualifications / Requirements

• No experience required; training on the job
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• 30 to 50 hours per week; at least one weekend shift
• Reliable, independent, flexible, hard worker with attention to detail
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions and drive safely

• 10-hour shifts; 4-day work week typical (paid weekly)
• Schedule requires at least one weekend shift
• 2 paid 15-minute breaks during shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
