Responsibilities

• Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and directs calls to the proper residents and staff.
• Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, may perform basic office/clerical functions, and maintains visitor logs.
• Responds to resident emergencies by contacting appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.

Qualifications

• Receptionists greet visitors, answer questions, manage guest logs, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff.
• Sort, deliver and collect mail and assist with basic office tasks as needed; respond to resident emergencies per protocol.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
