Overview

The Receptionist is the first point of contact with corporate visitors. The receptionist answers incoming calls to the corporate office and assists visitors.

Compensation: an hourly pay rate of $17/hour plus incentives. Primary Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls, utilizing a switchboard
• Maintain safe and clean reception area
• Greet vendors, customers, and visitors to assist in making sure they get to the correct business unit or office
• Provide support on small projects, as needed
• Maintain and update branch directories
• Maintain calendar for board conference room
• Prepare meeting rooms for setup, as needed
• Maintain and update general office listings
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
