Job Summary And Qualifications

Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer and perform diversified administrative and secretarial functions for the executive office, managers, committees and other departments as assigned.

Standard I Job Knowledge/Productivity: Completes position responsibilities by following established guidelines & protocols within the appropriate time frame.

Standard II Communication/Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates good skills in all forms of communication. Works well with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.

Standard III Education/Development/Initiative: Maintains education and development appropriate for position.

Standard IV Hospital/Department Policies & Procedures: Adheres to established hospital and department guidelines & protocols. Supports hospital mission, vision and values.

Standard V Position Specific Performance Criteria/Essential Job Functions: Performs position specific job functions at an acceptable level.

What qualifications you will need:

High school diploma/GED required

3-5 Years Experience Preferred
