Overview
BeaconMedaes is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and expand market reach. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our presence in the US market, working in an engaging environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and meaningful impact. Your expertise will be instrumental in both digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring that our messaging, products, and services resonate with existing and potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the brand ambassador, ensuring a cohesive and impactful customer experience.
- Lead the creation and refinement of marketing content, including guidebooks, presentations, brochures, videos, blogs, website materials, and technical documentation.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Expand and optimize digital marketing initiatives using new technologies and AI to generate leads and attract new customers.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in the medical and life sciences markets for product and service expansion.
- Lead the Innovation Quest Meeting (IQM) process, collaborating with engineering teams to generate and showcase new business ideas.
- Partner with engineering teams in Rock Hill and Belgium to introduce new product offerings through digital marketing, social media, and sales materials.
- Conduct market research and analysis on trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and competitors to shape effective marketing plans.
- Work closely with the Equipment Business Line Manager, Aftermarket Sales Business Line Manager, Life Sciences (Lab) Business Development Manager, and the Marketing Communications Coordinator to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to senior management, driving informed decision-making.
- Lead event planning and execution for ASHE and ASPE Annual Conferences, national sales meetings, and other industry events.
- Conduct design guide trainings for customers both on-site and via webinars.
- Provide competitive product analysis and deliver training to sales teams, equipping them with the knowledge to support design engineers.
- Support national sales and service field employees with marketing campaigns for all BeaconMedaes product lines.
- Maintain and manage contact lists for e-blasts, social media campaigns, webinars, and new product launches.
Qualifications
- Experience in the field of medical gas and life sciences.
- 5+ years of sales/marketing experience required.
- Proven ability to handle a demanding workload.
- Preferably have a marketing or business degree.
- 5+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience in piped medical gas and life science.
- This role supervises one Marketing Communication Coordinator.
- Deep expertise in medical gas codes and NFPA standards, ensuring compliance and safety in marketing communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud for content creation and graphic design.
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and results-driven.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with a proven track record of managing complex projects efficiently.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of social media best practices, optimizing brand visibility and engagement.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Creative problem-solving mindset, balancing innovation with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, adept at handling multiple initiatives and meeting tight deadlines.
- Analytical expertise, capable of translating quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
- Effective prioritization skills, with the ability to navigate high-pressure environments with urgency.
- Strong foundation in AI and modern communication technologies, leveraging cutting-edge tools for marketing success.
- Travel is required on occasion.

Location: Rock Hill, SC. This role is located at our Rock Hill facility and reports to our General Manager.
