Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team! This position is located in Seattle, Washington.

Duties

  • Own the operating model and enablement framework that supports both internal and regional teams, driving execution with consistency and speed
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and success across the campaigns organization
  • Develop and scale the Global Integrated Campaigns (GIC) function to support growth and standardization
  • Lead the global campaign flighting calendar, ensuring timing, priorities, and resources align with corporate objectives
  • Provide project management support for the GIC team, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives
  • Support the VP with weekly communications, including team meeting agendas and presentation materials
  • Manage the GIC hub and repository, driving adoption of best practices and ensuring centralized knowledge sharing
  • Maintain and continuously improve Global Integrated Campaigns onboarding materials to accelerate ramp-up time for new team members
  • Design, maintain, and promote scalable templates, playbooks, calendars, SLAs, and post-campaign review processes
  • Develop and enforce comprehensive SOPs to ensure consistency, efficient onboarding, and effective knowledge transfer across teams
  • Drive adoption of enablement assets, including scheduling enablement sessions, tracking usage, gathering feedback, and iterating for improved efficiency

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations, program management, demand generation, or integrated campaigns
  • Proven leadership experience building and scaling high-performing, global marketing teams
  • Strong strategic planning, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience coordinating with global marketing programs
  • Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to influence without formal authority
  • Proficiency with marketing technology and collaboration tools
  • Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)

The approximate pay range for this position is between $35.55 and $50.79. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
