The Sr. Graphic Designer is the visual leader behind the Entreprenista brand. In this role, you’ll bring our storytelling to life through compelling, strategic, and consistent visual design across platforms and campaigns. From digital ads to social assets to live event materials, influencer boxes, merch, to any new products that are created you’ll shape how our audience experiences the brand.
You will lead the development and execution of all brand creative, manage our visual identity, and manage junior designers. You’ll collaborate across departments to support performance campaigns, editorial content, product launches, and more — ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional, premium, and “Entreprenista”.
We’re looking for a design leader who blends creative vision with strategic execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience creating conversion focused content, and is passionate about elevating women-led brands.
This position will start as a part-time contract with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Entreprenista visual identity: Evolve and maintain brand guidelines that support growth, flexibility, and consistency across all channels.
- Deliver big-picture creative vision: Translate marketing goals, brand messaging, and storytelling into strong visual campaigns that resonate with our audience. Share new and innovative ideas with the leadership team
- Set creative direction for campaigns and products: Develop concepts and mood boards that bring new initiatives to life, including product launches, digital offers, Power Groups, Founders Weekend, and Entreprenista 100.
- Ensure cohesive design across platforms: Oversee visual output across email, social media, landing pages, print materials, event signage, and paid ads.
- Manage creative production timelines: Lead design execution from concept through to delivery, balancing speed, quality, and brand alignment. Ensure all stages are moved frictionless through the project management system (ClickUp).
- Oversee creation of all brand and marketing assets:
- Social media graphics
- Paid ad assets
- Email layouts
- Landing pages and lead magnets
- Event visuals and signage
- Founders Weekend and E100 materials
- Create and/or review all content briefs and conduct kick-off meetings: Ensure alignment on expectations between the creative team and key stakeholders.
- Adept knowledge of best practices for digital organic and paid media assets: This includes staying up-to-date on material specs for multiple platforms.
- Manage and mentor Junior Designers as neeeded: Provide guidance, inspiration, and growth opportunities for junior creative talent.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and VP of Growth: Align visuals with copy, messaging, and storytelling to ensure a cohesive experience.
- Work cross-functionally across teams: Partner with product, partnerships, growth, and operations teams to design assets that serve strategic goals.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table: Push the brand forward with new formats, templates, and design approaches.
- Optimize assets for performance: Collaborate with Growth Marketing to test variations and evolve creative based on engagement, CTRs, and conversions.
Ensure accessibility and scalability: Design with a digital-first lens and ensure all assets are optimized for mobile, speed, and multi-platform usage.
Requirements:- 6+ years of experience in visual design or art direction, preferably in a digital, content, or DTC environment
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates brand storytelling, campaign ideation, and multi-platform execution
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma (or equivalent design tools)
- Experience managing a brand visual identity and producing consistent assets at scale
- Ability to lead creative brainstorms and translate strategic briefs into compelling visuals
- Experience collaborating with marketers, writers, and developers in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality visual output
