About the Role

We're supporting our client in their search for a strategic HR leader who can champion engagement, develop talent, and drive HR initiatives that matter, from executive recruitment to performance management and retention strategies. You’ll advise senior leaders on people decisions and translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives that strengthen the company’s culture and workforce.

What You’ll Own

  • Mentor and develop your HR team to foster growth and professional excellence.
  • Partner with senior leadership to guide people decisions, shape performance expectations, and address workforce matters.
  • Champion proactive employee relations strategies that strengthen trust, engagement, and team effectiveness across the organization.
  • Lead C-suite recruitment and oversee staff hiring to ensure the organization attracts and retains high-caliber talent.
  • Partner with managers to unlock workforce agility and maximize existing talent.
  • Advocate a culture of openness, dialogue, and collaboration that empowers employees and strengthens teams.
  • Leverage data from performance reviews and exit interviews to recommend actionable improvements.
  • Oversee compensation and performance evaluation processes, supporting equitable and consistent practices.

What We’d Like

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline, or comparable professional experience is preferred.
  • Progressive years of HR experience, ideally in complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and partner with leadership at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex people and organizational challenges.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) is highly valued.
