We are partnering with a thriving home services company based in Manasquan, NJ, that’s looking for a hands-on, results-driven Call Center Manager to lead and elevate their high-energy team.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role—perfect for someone who’s passionate about building strong teams, improving operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead day-to-day call center operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of customer service representatives to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call response time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and refine scripts, workflows, and team processes to create a more consistent, positive customer experience
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments (Sales, Field Ops, etc.) to support company growth goals
  • Bring creative solutions to operational challenges and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in a call center or customer support environment
  • Strong grasp of inbound and outbound call strategies (outbound experience is a strong plus!)
  • Data-driven mindset—able to interpret performance metrics and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
