Base pay range

$74,193.00/yr - $94,121.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Identify short-term familial issues relating to patient admission
  • Work one-on-one with families of patients
  • Perform appropriate assessment of risk, crisis intervention, and referrals in response to mental health crises
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary treatment team
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and, in consultation with other clinical staff, review service plans to reflect progress and update programming needs
  • Determine discharge service needs and appropriate community resources
  • Supervise first and second year Master’s level Social Work Interns

Minimum Qualifications

  • LMSW: Licensed and currently registered as an LMSW in New York
