About the Job

We are looking for a gospel-centered, highly motivated and detail-oriented Solutions Specialist to join our team. This full time position will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our Hilliard, OH office and focus on using our existing and future software to build solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to develop processes to meet the needs of the organization
  • Respond to questions regarding existing products and solutions
  • Coordinate and effectively communicate questions and courses of action with internal IT staff
  • Establish and maintain cross-divisional relationships to fully understand what solutions meet each division's needs
  • Identify and effectively relay fixes both internally to the IT division, but also externally to other divisions based on personal analysis and research
  • Use existing form-building software to modify, maintain and build forms across multiple divisions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to keep operations running smoothly
  • Participate in modifying current software configuration and correcting errors, while actively seeking opportunities for product improvement and greater efficiency
  • Answer IT questions and support tickets related to Salesforce and other online platforms
  • Build and manage Salesforce dashboards and reports
  • Attend weekly cross-divisional meetings to gain a full understanding of processes, needs, issues and working projects

Qualifications and Experience

  • A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
  • Possess an ever-evolving understanding of SAAS functionality (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
  • Advanced ability to anticipate, diagnose, and problem solve
  • Ability to work with and effectively communicate with a team (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related IT field (preferred)
  • At least 3 years experience working in Salesforce (preferred)

  • From $70,000 per year
