Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of high-end residential landscape projects, from schematic design through construction documentation. Produce high-quality conceptual plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and 3D renderings. Support project managers and senior designers in the preparation of presentations and client meetings. Conduct site analysis, inventory, and research to inform the design process. Develop construction details and materials selections under guidance. Collaborate with internal team members, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. Ensure design intent is clearly communicated through accurate drafting and illustrative graphics. Maintain organized project files, CAD standards, and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field (required). 0–2 years of professional experience in landscape design (internships or studio experience with residential projects a plus). Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SketchUp, and/or Lumion. Basic understanding of construction documentation, materials, and horticulture. Excellent hand sketching and digital graphic presentation skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Passion for design excellence, sustainability, and luxury outdoor living environments. Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative studio environment.
