This position is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding either a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Serving an elementary school setting with a caseload spanning Kindergarten through 8th grade, this role offers a supportive work environment with a full-time SLP already onsite to ensure manageable workloads and collaborative practice. Responsibilities include providing direct speech therapy services to students with diverse communication needs, collaborating with educational staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintaining comprehensive documentation of student progress. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt therapy techniques for a pediatric population are essential.
