Assist attorneys in managing bankruptcy litigation files, including adversary proceedings and contested matters. Draft, file, and serve pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents in federal and bankruptcy courts. Calendar and monitor court deadlines, hearings, and case developments using case management software. Perform legal research and fact-checking as needed to support case strategy and filings. Coordinate service of process and e-filing through CM/ECF and other court portals. Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties to facilitate case management. Organize, maintain, and archive electronic and physical case files. Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and exhibits for hearings or trials. Support attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials. Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and firm matters.

Qualifications Required: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a litigation or bankruptcy legal assistant, preferably in a law firm environment. Proficiency with CM/ECF electronic filing system and local bankruptcy court rules. Strong understanding of federal and bankruptcy litigation procedures. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal document management systems. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
