Akkodis is Seeking a PLC Controls Engineer as a contractor for the location of Chandler AZ. It is a contract Position for 12 months.

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Duties Controls EngineerProgramming for Production Automation PLC Ladder Logic (Productivity Suite a plus) HMI Programming (C-More a plus) Application programming (PC based) Visual Studio, VB.Net National Instruments Measurement Studio/NI-DAQ Multi-threaded applications Experience with communication protocols Ethernet/IP Modbus Serial Communications Cobot programming (UR experience a plus) Vision systems (Cognex and Keyence experience a plus) Electrical Design for control panels and stations Schematics and layouts Control schemes Communication protocols PLC and PC based system design experience Electrical safety and machine guarding control experience Electronic design for Test equipment PCB schematics PCB Layouts Advanced ability to troubleshoot using DMMs and Oscilloscopes Pneumatic Controls design Actuator control experience Electric Pneumatic Panel/Enclosure build experience Extensive CAD experience Familiar with analog and digital signal types
