Direct, mentor, and empower a large team of Operations Managers, Superintendents, and Supervisors across multiple shifts, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Drive Operational Excellence:

Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production flow, enhance quality, and relentlessly drive out waste. Strategize & Execute:

Own capacity planning along with production scheduling, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure all manufacturing objectives are achieved on time and within budget. Champion a World-Class Culture:

Uphold and advance our commitment to safety and quality, creating an environment where every team member is engaged and proud of their work. What You Need to Succeed: Experience:

10+ years of progressive experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in a senior leadership/management role. Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent deep work experience). Expertise:

Deep, hands-on knowledge of

Lean Manufacturing , Continuous Improvement (CI), complex capacity planning, and dynamic production flows. Leadership:
