LaSalle Network is hiring a Data Analyst to join our digital marketing team and help us turn numbers into stories. This is a contract role starting ASAP and running through the end of 2025. Based in the U.S. (with a preference for NYC), you'll dive into marketing data across multiple channels, segment audiences, and deliver insights that directly shape global campaigns. Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Segment and deploy 1PD audiences to MarTech platforms
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards and visualizations
- Analyze CRM performance metrics at a global scale
- Support CRM and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiatives in late 2025
- Leverage e-commerce data to support 1PD activations
- Handle 3-4 ad-hoc data requests weekly
- Organize, analyze, and present findings across diverse data sources, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP, event and e-commerce data, and paid media
- Strong background in marketing data analysis and visualization
- Expertise in Power BI with proven ability to create compelling dashboards
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and consumer data platforms
- Understanding of digital marketing data sources (CRM, paid media, e-commerce, events)
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Must be U.S.-based; NYC location strongly preferred
