Receptionist
Reports to: Supervisor of First Impressions
Location: Baltic Facility (This individual will be based at the Baltic Facility but will travel to all Ohio Facilities to cover front desk, based on daily scheduling needs.)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM
Summary
This individual will serve as Receptionist and will be a member of the First Impression Team. Functions include assisting in answering all incoming calls to ProVia, greet guests, setting up and assisting with Facility tours and other functions and additional tasks. Candidate must uphold and represent ProVia' s Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide professional class service answering incoming calls to ProVia.
• Learn the functionality of ProVia' s Switchboard system; friendly voice representing ProVia to callers; prompt answering of calls; accurate transfer to appropriate party; be available for next phone call.
• Serve as back up Receptionist for ProVia's Cherry Ridge, New Philadelphia, Sugarcreek, and Walnut Creek facilities. • Greet visitors pleasantly and professionally, serving them promptly and correctly; manage the lobby efficiently making it an inviting experience. Ensure necessary materials for guests are always on hand.
• Learn the function of ProVia' s facilities, departments, and individuals so callers and guests are served efficiently and professionally. Provide ideas on system enhancements to have this information current and readily accessible.
• Set up for Facility tours and other functions. Responsibilities will fluctuate based on the event.
• Dependable to work with minimal supervision, self-starter in learning tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years in related customer service field.
Language Skills
• Verbal/Nonverbal- Friendly phone voice; convey easily and quickly any message; speaks clearly
• Written Skills- Writes clearly using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Mathematical Skills
• Basic math skills, able to operate adding machine
Reasoning Ability
• Listens attentively and seeks clarification; responds well to questions; maintains professional verbal/nonverbal communication in any situation.
