• Full Time 6:00AM - 2:00PM
• Part Time 6:00AM - 2:00PM every other weekend
• Full Time 2:00PM - 10:00PM
• Part Time 2:00PM - 10:00PM
• Part Time 10:00PM - 6:00AM

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the "Assisted Daily Living" duties and functions to keep Residents clean and comfortable, including transferring, mobility, bathing, changing briefs, peri-care, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, and changing bed linens.
• Assist Residents with appointments and activities, including transportation, meals, and social activities; assist with mobility aids as needed.
• Record communications for co-workers, shift summaries, and care notes.

Physical Demands

• Ability to regularly walk, stand, bend, reach, stoop or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects/people weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Work for sustained periods with attention to safety, detail, and accuracy.

Requirements

• Annual Flu vaccine required, with exemptions for religious or medical reasons.
