Our staffing team is building a pipeline of experienced UX Designers for upcoming opportunities with our clients across industries in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We partner with leading organizations seeking creative professionals who can design engaging, user-friendly digital experiences that balance business goals with user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless experiences.
• Ensure designs align with accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and best practices.
• Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Iterate based on feedback, testing, and performance data.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for web and/or mobile applications.
