Responsibilities
- Price Sheet Management: Maintain and update price sheets for home appliance products; Ensure accuracy and consistency in pricing across all retail channels; Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align pricing with market trends and business objectives.
- Promotional Roadmap Development: Assist in designing and implementing promotional strategies for retail customers; Analyze historical sales and promotional data to optimize future campaigns; Support Marketing and Sales in executing promotions effectively.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Power Query (advanced) for data extraction, transformation, and automation; Apply VBA (intermediate) and DAX (intermediate) to enhance reporting and modeling; Generate reports and dashboards to monitor pricing and promotional performance; Identify trends and provide insights to improve profitability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies; Communicate pricing changes and promotional plans to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Power Query (data transformation and automation).
- Intermediate skills in VBA (automation, macros) and DAX (data modeling, Power BI).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and pricing tools is desirable.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Performance Metrics:
- Accuracy and timeliness of price sheet updates.
- Effectiveness of promotional campaigns (sales uplift, profitability).
- Quality of data analysis and insights provided.
