The Judge Group is seeking a TPM Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Winchester, CT area.
Title: TPM Manager Location: Winchester, CT Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 Relocation: YES
Responsibilities • Lead deployment of TPM strategy and ensure alignment through cascading KPIs. • Partner with site leadership to develop and execute the TPM roadmap and Cost to Win (CTW) plan. • Coach leadership in benchmarking, zero-loss mindset, and CI methodologies. • Facilitate Kaizen events and drive breakthrough improvements. • Coordinate TPM component teams to optimize safety, quality, delivery, and cost. • Develop site capability in problem-solving and continuous improvement. • Oversee governance processes and manage CI budget. • Lead Focused Improvement team and drive multi-year CTW portfolio. • Supervise TPM Factory Engineers and mentor cross-functional teams.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred. • Minimum 7 years of manufacturing leadership experience. • At least 3 years operating a production system; TPM or Lean practitioner certification preferred. • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), AM and PM pillars. • Proven ability to lead organizational transformation and drive CI culture. • Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills. • Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization.
