Plant Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, from production planning and quality control to team leadership and process improvement. You’ll lead a team of supervisors and functional managers, ensuring seamless execution of manufacturing processes while driving continuous improvement, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership:

Oversee plant operations, ensuring production meets quality, efficiency, and cost targets. Implement best practices in Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and performance tracking. Team Development:

Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring supervisors and empowering employees. Drive engagement through training, communication, and leadership. Process & Efficiency Optimization:

Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve cost efficiency through automation and strategic initiatives. Quality & Compliance:

Maintain the highest standards in safety, product quality, and environmental regulations, ensuring all operations align with company policies and industry best practices. Supply Chain & Inventory Management:

Optimize material flow, reduce waste, and enhance inventory turnover to support smooth, cost-effective production. Financial Oversight:

Manage budgets, forecast operational costs, and develop strategies to improve financial performance while meeting production goals. What We’re Looking For: Proven Leadership:

A strong background in manufacturing management, with experience leading teams and optimizing plant performance. Industry Expertise:

10+ years in plant or general management roles within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Experience in metal fabrication, heavy industry, or precision manufacturing is a plus. Technical & Analytical Skills:

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, production planning, and supply chain optimization. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is beneficial. Communication & Problem-Solving:

Ability to drive collaboration across teams, resolve challenges quickly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Entrepreneurial Mindset:

Experience in scaling or launching new manufacturing operations is highly valued. Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
