About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Regional Supply Chain Manager
to lead our supply chain operations across The Americas. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all
SIOP, planning, materials, components, and services
required for our manufacturing and distribution sites are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in line with global standards. Working closely with plant leadership and strategic supply chain colleagues, you will drive strategies that enhance vendor performance, deliver cost savings, and support production continuity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development
– Lead and develop supply chain teams across The Americas, driving performance and operational excellence. SIOP & Inventory Management
– Oversee sales data collation, master scheduling, and inventory reporting to meet key business metrics. Supply Chain Operations
– Ensure product availability, exceptional customer service, and efficient plant performance. Procurement & Sourcing
– Manage suppliers proactively, negotiate contracts, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with global standards. Inventory Optimization
– Implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets while maximizing efficiency. ERP & Data Analysis
– Utilize supply chain systems and ERP platforms to analyze data, streamline ordering, and drive improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and NPI teams to support growth, product launches, and EBITDA enhancement. Safety, Cost, and Growth
– Prioritize safe practices, cost-effectiveness, and sustainable supply chain growth. Continuous Improvement
– Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and agility across the supply chain.
Key Metrics You’ll Influence Supplier deflation & escalation management Supplier On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) Inventory turns and value Supplier reduction and contract coverage Materials as a % of sales Days to Pay, tariff management, and cost optimization Obsolescence and slow-moving stock reduction
What We’re Looking For Significant experience in
manufacturing and distribution supply chain management
(low to medium volume environments preferred). Strong leadership skills with the ability to
influence, coach, and inspire teams
across regions. Proven track record in
supplier management, procurement, and risk management . Demonstrated expertise in
inventory optimization and ERP system management . Commercially aware, with excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Six Sigma / Lean qualifications highly advantageous. Membership of a relevant professional body preferred. Experience engaging with executive sponsors, customers, and suppliers.
