is seeking a
Lean Manufacturing Manager
to drive continuous improvement in its manufacturing facilities. This is a high-impact role where you’ll champion efficiency, reduce waste, and foster a culture of operational excellence, safety, and quality. This position can be on-site in either Indiana or PA, or remote with travel.
What you’ll do: Lead and execute Lean Manufacturing strategies across production, packaging, sanitation, maintenance, and warehousing. Apply tools like Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and Standard Work to identify and eliminate inefficiencies. Partner with leadership and frontline teams to implement sustainable solutions. Develop and deliver Lean training to build capability at all levels. Build roadmap. Monitor KPIs to track improvements in cost, productivity, OEE, and reliability.
What we’re looking for: 5–7 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in the food or beverage sector. Proven success driving Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt strongly preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, or related field.
