Job Summary As a Bilingual
Associate Operations Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting logistics operations with a focus on quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for creating and managing shipment orders, coordinating carrier activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Duties & Responsibilities Create orders, activate shipments, build and assign loads, and schedule appointments. Track and trace shipments, manage invoicing, and update financials. Execute non-standardized activities related to carrier payments (e.g., T-cheks). Handle order rejections, cancellations, event updates, and load bookings. Monitor task boards and shared inboxes to address customer and carrier requests. Document events per SOPs and escalate issues when necessary. Validate and ensure accuracy of load data in CHR systems. Follow up with customers and carriers to ensure satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned by the team. Qualifications
Required: High School diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year as an Associate Operations Coordinator. Ability to work evenings/weekends (role-dependent). For external applicants: at least 2 years in call center customer service or transportation/logistics. Preferred: Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Prior customer service experience in a call center or logistics environment. Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills. Demonstrated attention to detail. Commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
