Position Summary The Business Analyst Intern will support Tabanero Holdings’ marketing, sales, and operations teams by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to uncover actionable insights (specifically retail account data - Walmart, Meijer, Winn-Dixie). This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented student or recent graduate eager to gain real-world experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), data analytics, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities Gather and clean data from various internal and external sources, including sales reports, CRM systems, and marketing platforms Build dashboards and visual reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement Assist in analyzing sales trends, market share data, and promotional performance Conduct competitor and market research using syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, SPINS, IRI) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and deliver data-backed solutions Support ad hoc analysis projects as assigned by the VP of Marketing & Trade Operations

Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field Strong proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas) Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is an advantage but not required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to communicate insights clearly in both written and verbal formats Reliable Transportation
