The Senior Account Executive Commercial Lines will lead client servicing efforts, team development, and operational execution for Commercial Lines accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on maintaining client relationships, ensuring policy accuracy, and managing internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities Manage and service a book of Commercial Lines insurance clients. Support Sales Executives by preparing quotes, binders, renewals, and coverage recommendations. Lead weekly team meetings focused on renewals and new business submissions. Mentor junior team members and assist with system training. Oversee audits, claims, endorsements, and policy changes. Implement operational efficiencies using modern tools (including AI-powered applications). Attend occasional industry events and tradeshows. Serve as the go-to resource for resolving internal and client-facing issues.
Must-Have Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance. Bachelor’s degree. Willing and able to work
