We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to oversee system administration, ensure data accuracy, and manage cross-departmental HR reporting.
Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS, applicant tracking, and time/attendance systems; ensure accuracy, security, and proper data flow Process personnel data changes (hires, promotions, transfers, terminations) and partner with internal departments to deliver accurate HR data and reports Configure, test, and support performance management, compensation planning, and annual HR processes (reviews, bonus payments, salary adjustments) Provide end-user support, training, and process documentation for HR systems; liaise with vendors to resolve system issues Perform regular audits, maintain organizational charts, prepare C-Suite materials, and assist with compliance, external reporting, and ad-hoc HR projects
Qualifications 2-5 years of HRIS and HR Operations experience Experience working in the legal, professional services or financial services industry Experience utilizing HRIS for performance or compensation is a plus Skilled in troubleshooting, HR administration and ad-hoc reporting Bachelor's Degree required Proficient in HRIS, ATS and Microsoft Excel
