Job Opportunity: Customer Support Representative/Account Rep

Contract Duration: 6-12 Months with possible extension

Location: South Jordan, UT 84095

Pay: $21.99 per hour W/O Benefits

Job Description:

• As a Client Support Service Professional, you'll be the primary contact for clients, handling incoming phone calls related to various brokerage account inquiries.
• This includes providing accurate and efficient support for cash management products, addressing online/mobile app issues, and handling general account inquiries.
• You'll need to meet key department performance metrics consistently.
• This role requires a professional, career-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• You'll need the ability to multitask effectively and quickly adapt to changes within a busy financial service center, all while committed to delivering world-class service.
